My son loves his lotion and asks to put some on his foot. He used to wake up earlier than he should. Since using Litella magnesium lotion, he had been sleeping all night. It smells do relaxing and soothes skin. I highly recommend it if you are having hard time to either fall sleep or waking up frequently.

Love this product! Was happily surprised to find both sugar grains and real ground coffee as the exfoliant. I was worried the coffee smell would be too strong but it's the perfect balance. Feels light and natural without any waxy additives like some other scrubs I've tried. Will definitely be ordering again!

I have RLS and have tried various Rxs and melatonin in the past, but didn't care for the side effects. Using the Litella Magnesium Lotion has given me the best sleep I've had in a long time!
