Arnica Montana: is used for muscle fatigue, stiffness, sprains and strains, bruising, and arthritis pain.
Willow Bark: Willow bark was used traditionally by herbalists for fever, headache, pain, and rheumatic complaints. The bark of white willow contains salicin, which is a chemical similar to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). In combination with the herb's powerful anti-inflammatory plant compounds (called flavonoids), salicin is thought to be responsible for the pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects of the herb.
St. John's Wort: Works on the nerves. It is used for injuries to the nerves, spine, or neck, repetitive-use injuries, trauma with neuritis (sharp + shooting pain), fibromyalgia, sciatica, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Valerian Officinalis: Works on the muscles. Great for muscle spasm, muscle cramps, muscle tension, arthritis pain, repetitive motion strain, lower back pain and fibromyalgia.
